Journey to the Center of the Earth - The Sun competition


1. This prize draw is open to all residents of the UK, except employees and their families of Advantage Travel Centres, its agents, Entertainment Film Distributors or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. Only one entry per household is permitted.

3. No trade, third party or consumer group applicants will be accepted.

4. No bulk or third party entries accepted.

5. The last date for receipt of entries is 04 July 2008.

6. The winners will be the first entry picked at random by an independent person. The promoter’s decision is final. Neither correspondence nor discussion concerning any decision shall be entered into.

7. Prize draw winners will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date.

8. The prizes are subject to availability.

9. All costs not stated are the responsibility of the winner.

10. It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure that they have all of the necessary documents for travel, including passports, visas and ensure that the necessary health advice is taken prior to travel.

11. No cash or other alternative prizes are available except that in the event of circumstances outside of the promoter’s control it reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value.

12. Winners may be required to take part in related publicity.

14. Travel Insurance is provided by Cover-More Insurance Services Ltd who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). FSA no. 312172. The policy is available for up to two adults under 64 years of age and up to two children under 19 years of age at the date of departure. Please note the policy does not cover all Pre Existing Medical Conditions as standard. In the event of winning, you will need to contact Cover-More and declare any conditions you have, any treatment received or investigations you have had in the last 90 days including if you are on a hospital waiting list for treatment. Non-disclosure may result in the policy being void. Coverage of any Pre-Existing Medical Conditions is subject to approval and may incur an additional charge, payable by you. Please ensure you read the policy wording which details your coverage provided by the policy in full. By travelling on this policy you agree to the terms and conditions within the policy wording. We will not accept liability for any claims that arise from you not reading the policy wording. Prize includes: Monarch premium seats from Gatwick or Manchester for two adults and two children, seven nights’ accommodation in a Cosmos Area Villa, hire of a mid-size four-door car from Alamo with fully-inclusive insurance (unlimited mileage, CDW, extended $1m liability cover, all local taxes and charges) and holiday insurance. The prize must be taken 20 August - 15 October 2009.
